I had to have spent a certain amount of time within the gym and would calculate what I had to "burn" in order to eat....never mind live. . . 🔸️If I wasn't sweating buckets and feeling crippled the next day I would tell myself it was a day wasted. . . 🔸️In all fairness I didn't know better....i was young and still learning and yes, many of those days were good & fun .....but most of the days were exhausting.
