Just want to quickly share with you my article & interview in the latest Fit Life Magazine!
It was so amazing been given the opportunity to share my story on why I chose to leave the “gym scene” (ps I have nothing against the gym, it just doesn’t work for me right now) and I embraced the outdoors.
As you might know, I have been involved in fitness for a very long time (almost 2 decades) but over the last 3 years I have made a steady transition from mainstream to alternative. Like I mentioned above, there in NOTHING wrong with mainstream and brings amazing results for many HOWEVER it is not the only path to abundant health and a rocking hot body!
I bullied myself for years with depleting workouts and restrictive diets until one day I had had enough and wanted another way to find a body and lifestyle I love.
It has been title “Inside Out” which I thought was brilliant because I have literally moved my health journey from the inside to the outside. It’s an open and honest article which I hope you will enjoy and be inspired by.
I also share 4 of my favourite body weight exercise that literally help tone, tighten and shape the entire body!
I have found the Fit Life Magazine refreshingly different and inspiring to what is currently circulating. I do love the fitness media and have worked with a few of the leading print magazines out there. They do an incredible job at inspiring women to live a healthier life and really bring the importance of health and well-being to the foreground. However, I feel the the Fit Life Magazine has stepped out of the box and taken a more alternative approach. They have a wide variety of inspirational stories as well as a very diverse selection of women for their front cover….which has been a breath of fresh air!
PLUS they want to hear about all your fitness goals, stories, body transformations, tips and tricks! Email them at my firstname.lastname@example.org, or follow them on Instagram (fitlifemagsa).
