This yoga flow is a great way to improve strength and flexibility in the skin.
The spine is one of those joints that has amazing mobility potential but because of our modern day lifestyles (e.g. loads of stress and sitting for 8+ hours a day) our spines slowly start to tense up, become rigid and loose their mobility. This even places them in a predisposition of becoming weak, fragile and prone to pain and injury.
Even though this flow is more to the intermediate level, one can start of slow with small movements that you can cope with and then gently build up from there.
